Corn Exchange Manager: Sue Harding

I have worked within the events industry for over 28 years, planning and delivering a variety of events from small intimate functions to large scale public events that welcome thousands of visitors.

For the last 8 years I have had the pleasure of managing The Rochester Corn Exchange, a venue that offers a unique architectural space that lends itself to any function.

Overseeing its refurbishment in 2021, I am excited to lead one of the best venue management teams to offer a venue that is perfect for any function. Whether you are looking to hold a wedding, business event or celebration, our team prides itself in ensuring your function is everything you had imagined.

Operations Manager: Mark Morgan

I have worked in the events industry for 10 years and have a degree in Business Management.

I work closely with the Corn Exchange Manager and Event Executives to coordinate operational details and ensure smooth transitions between teams. I lead on strategic business development. I also supervise bar operations, casual staff and ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing regulations.

I am known for my commitment to excellent client care and operational efficiency, to ensure every event runs smoothly, safely and successfully. 

Event Executive: Lauren Munn

I have worked at The Rochester Corn Exchange for over 13 years.

Planning events from start to finish has been very rewarding and I take much pride in offering a personal service to suit my clients wish list. I aim to exceed their expectations whether it be a wedding, party or business event.

I have a love for planning social events which has led on to sculpt my career path. Seeing a happy couple at the end of a beautiful wedding day is why I love this industry so much.

Event Executive: Karen Woodman

Having worked at The Rochester Corn Exchange for the past 13 years, I have had the pleasure of helping organise a variety of different events including conferences, weddings and awards ceremonies.

My passion lies with weddings, where I love getting to know the bridal couple and their families. It fills me with great pride being able to play a part in making the visions our couples have for their special day become a reality.
