Christmas party competition terms and conditions

Eligibility

This competition is open to anyone aged 18 and over. 

Prize

The winner will receive a complimentary table for 10 people at our Christmas Party on Friday 19 December 2025 at The Rochester Corn Exchange. 

The prize includes:

• entry for the winner and up to 9 guests
• reception drink and food that are included in the standard event ticket.

Additional drinks or extras not included in the ticket are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.

How to enter

Participants must:

• like and share our competition post on Facebook or Instagram
• enter once per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

The competition runs from 14 July 2025 to 4 August 2025. Entries after that date will not be accepted. 

Winner selection

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries.

The winner will be notified through the social media platform they used to enter within 5 days of the competition closing. 

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours, we reserve the right to choose an alternative winner. 

Prize conditions

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative date or event. 

If the winner is unable to attend on the specified date, the prize will be forfeited and a new winner may be selected. 

The winner must confirm their attendance by 8 August 2025 or the prize will be re-allocated. 

General terms

The Rochester Corn Exchange reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without notice. 

By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material relating to the competition.
