Opening hours

We're open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm or 15 minutes after curtain-up on show nights.  

If you arrive after this time, please speak to a steward at the auditorium about collecting your tickets for entry. 

For shows on Sundays and bank holidays, the box office will open 30 minutes before curtain-up. 

Doors open 30 minutes before curtain up. The bar will be open before performances and you can order interval drinks before the show starts. 

Promoters or hiring the venue 

If you are a promoter and are considering booking an act for the venue or hiring the venue, email promoters@medway.gov.uk.
